What is Radiant Occasions Event Rental?
We are a local event rental company based out of Columbus, Ohio. We are family owned and operated. We have various packages and rental items available including customizable mobile bartending packages, photo booth rentals, champagne cart rentals, backdrops, and more!
Do we provide the alcohol?
We do not provide the alcohol for our mobile bar or champagne cart as we are not eligible to obtain a liquor license in the state of Ohio. However we can provide alcohol recommendations and a shopping list. All alcohol must be purchased and transported to the venue by the client.
Do we carry insurance?
Yes, we carry a general business liability policy as well as a liquor liability insurance policy.
Do we serve events without alcohol?
Yes! We can do mocktails, sodas, lemonades, frozen drinks and more. We are always open to hearing a client’s idea and adapting our services to fit your needs!
Do we need access to power?
We prefer to have access to electrical outlets, but we can provide our own generators for an addition fee if needed.
What is our payment and return policy?
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your event.
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to your event, you will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of $150.
If you cancel less than 60 days before your event, your deposit will not be refunded.
Dates may be rescheduled if the event is more than 60 days out and your new date is available. There is a $50 rescheduling fee for moving your event date.
Where do we travel?
We can travel all over Ohio! Events outside a 50 mile radius of Columbus will require additional mileage fees.
Do we deliver?
We will deliver for any rental of $100 or more. Delivery/pickup can be discussed for any rentals under $100.
Prepping for delivery.
In preparation for delivery, please have a plan in place for where you would like us to set up so that we can deliver and set up your items quickly and efficiently. If your venue includes any steps, steep hills or other obstacles, please let us know before booking so we can determine if our set up will work in your space. Please also check on the dimensions of our rental items to ensure you will have enough space to fit them through necessary doors and elevators.
Can our rentals be used outdoors?
Our bars, photo booths, champagne cart and other rental items can be used in outdoor venues. We prefer for our items to remain under covered spaces so that we don’t have to worry about rain or heat damage. Keep in mind that most of our rental items require access to power. We have generators that we can provide for additional fees. Our generators are more quiet than most, but do keep in mind they make a little noise.
